Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are only accepted if there are any defects with the purchased items.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- No returns will be accepted for items where the size has been customized according to your specifications.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are permitted for sizing issues only. Customized size items are not eligible for exchanges.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receipt of the product.
Unboxing Video Requirement
For both returns and exchanges, it is mandatory to provide a clear video of the product being unboxed. This helps us ensure the product was received in its original state and aids in the processing of your request.
- The video should clearly show the packaging, the product, and any tags or labels.
- Ensure the video is recorded at the time of unboxing and kept intact without edits.
